3 Minute Butt Shaper | POP Pilates TURBO

– Hey guys Cassey here, so to continue your three
minute turbo pilate series, I decided that today was
your butt kickin’ day. So I’ve got six moves,
they are 30 seconds each, zero seconds of rest in between. I want you to go hard, go
crazy, let’s get started. (upbeat music) So before we get started, I
want to show you my shorts, look how high this goes,
(exclaiming) crazy. I feel like they look like gills, or like a tiger just like
(imitating scratching sound) me. Anyway, I think we really appropriate for our little booty workout today. So your first move is, the
“Straight Leg Butt Kick.” Your hands are all the way
down, they are parallel, and you’re gonna bring your leg out. I want you to flex your foot, because I want you to work
your hamstrings and your booty. Get ready, here we go. It’s a lift, lift, up, up. Very nice. Boom, we’ve got 30 seconds
each side guys, go hard. And you’re going to breath, very nice. And up, yes guys, flex left
foot, swing the leg come on. Boom, we’re gonna have so much fun. Up, up! Love it, keep going, and exhale. Give me three, two, and switch it, other side right away, not a second lost. Keep those hips nice
and square to the mat. Don’t open it up, you

okay, let me help you. Give me three, two, one. Onto all fours, it’s the Fire Hydrant. You know this one, so hold it
every time you get up there. It’s a hold, a hold. Whoa, I feel it, yes! Up, and up, so good, squeeze. Keep those hips square,
eyes forward, you look good. Boom, boom, I love it, nice work, five, four, three, two, and switch, their side,
(exclaiming) it burns hello! Can you imagine 30 seconds, three minutes. That’s all you need, 30 seconds each move three minutes total, and
your butt is burning. Up, man, and do not slack off. You better be squeezing when
you’re up there, squeeze. I see you, harder, hold it. Up, three, two, kick it. Boom, kick knee and kick in. Kick, there it is, really locking it. (exclaiming) And boom, kick knee and in, Fire Hydrant. Yes, this is your fire
hydrant kick, let’s go! Kick knee and in, you look amazing, we just have one more side after this. Yeah, let’s go. And one more here. Boom, kick, other side. Kick. (breathing heavily) Oh, is that booty on? ’cause mine is. And up, kick, come on, do not stop. It’s not the time, it’s
only three minutes. That’s why I wanted to make
a very short series for you, we don’t have time. Maybe this was before school,
maybe it’s before work, maybe you’re going out to a party. And you just need a quick
little tone up, right here, this is what you want to do. Last one, boom! Kick, last, boom and bring it in. (exclaiming) That is crazy. Come into child’s pose,
inhale through your nose, exhale through mouth. Once more, inhale exhale, and lets stretch that booty,
because it is well deserved. I want you to bring the
legs in front of you, hand in front and slowly
roll down with control. And let’s go ahead and bring
one ankle over the knee, grab behind. And now I want you to press
your elbow into your knee just like there. Omg. Hello. Inhale through your nose. Exhale, pull that in a
little bit more. Yes. Oh, that feels so crazy good. You guys, you need to
stretch after you work out. It’s really important.
It’s not a waste of time. And you know what, It can feel good. I know it’s a little bit painful, I know it’s a little bit
uncomfortable, go ahead and switch. But, you have a greater range of motion. And hey, being flexible is pretty cool, you can do a lot of things with your body. Inhale through your nose, exhale, pull that in a little bit more. (exclaiming) Yep, that hurts, and
last squeezy, very good. Bringing the legs forward,
inhale through the nose. Exhale, give me a pilates
roll up right here. Slowly with control, bring the arms down, and give yourself a big round of applause. No seriously, no seriously do it. You rocked it, I love you so much and I will see you next time. Bye now. ♪ We went running with
